Reporting a wrong price or policy

These are the messages we most want. A wrong figure here sends somebody to a front desk expecting the wrong bill, so corrections go to the top of the pile.

To let us act quickly, please include:

• The page — the URL you were looking at.
• What it says, and what it should say.
• The chain's own source, if you have it. We only publish figures we can read from the chain's own pages, so a link to the gym's official day-pass or FAQ page is what lets us make the change immediately.
• If it was a specific location — which club. Franchise locations differ, and "the Dallas one charges more" is exactly the kind of variance we record.

Requesting a chain

Tell us which gym is missing and we will look for a readable official source. Some chains publish no day-pass figure anywhere; those get a policy-only page rather than an invented price, and some are absent because we could not verify anything worth publishing. If you know where a chain publishes its rates, that is genuinely useful.

Press, partnerships and everything else

Same address. We are not affiliated with any gym chain, and we do not accept payment to change a result or to feature a gym — that is not a policy we bend.

What to expect after you write

One person builds and maintains this site, so there is no ticketing system and no autoresponder — a real reply comes back, usually within a few days. Corrections with the chain's own source attached are the fastest to act on, because we can verify and publish the fix the same day. General questions and chain requests take longer, since they often mean going and reading a gym's pages ourselves before there is anything honest to publish.

We can't tell you the price at one specific club — franchise desks set their own rates and we only publish what a chain puts in writing. For that, the number on your local gym's own page, or a quick phone call to it, will always beat anything we could guess.
